International students who are studying in Australia may need to apply for a student-related visa. Extended educational stays are extended in a variety of specific categories.

We can help you navigate the pathway to holding a student visa of your choice.

We specialise in several student visas, including:

Student Visas

Student visas are available to students who intended to study within the country. Holders of student visas have carefully curated rights and responsibilities. Requirements include but are not limited to financial capacity, course commitments, welfare arrangements, and English language requirements.

Student Guardian Visas

If you are a non-citizen who plans on temporarily residing in Australia to care for a student younger than 18 years, you will need to apply for a Student Guardian Visa. To qualify for this type of visa, you must be a parent, legal guardian, or relative to the student in mind. You must also be financially independent, be able to support the student, and be 21 years of age or older. The length of stay for this sort of visa is limited to 5 years.

Training Visas

Training visas are for workplace-training and professional development within the country. To qualify for this type of visa, you must be nominated by an employer or invited by the Commonwealth Government. You must be 18 years of age or older to qualify. This visa extends to two years.

Graduate Visas

Graduate visas are available to recent graduates of Australian educational institutions. Variations include the Graduate Work Stream and Post-study Work Stream, the first of which lasts up to 18 months and the latter 2 to 4 years. These visas allow you to temporarily work and live in the country.
